Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which SkyBlueMedia operating as Reputify (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) issues refunds for fees paid in connection with the Reputify Service. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee of $100 USD is non-refundable once account setup has begun. Account setup is considered to have begun when SkyBlueMedia starts any of the following activities:

  • Creating and configuring your Reputify account
  • Generating your custom QR code materials
  • Completing onboarding communication with you

If you contact us before any setup work has commenced, we will issue a full refund of the setup fee at our discretion.

2. Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@reputify.co. Upon cancellation:

  • No further monthly charges will be made after your cancellation date
  • Your access to Reputify will continue until the end of the current billing period for which payment has already been made
  • You will not be charged a cancellation fee or penalty

3. No Partial Month Refunds

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of the billing period — no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days. This applies to all cancellations initiated by you.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after a valid cancellation — please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate all billing error claims and, where an error is confirmed, process a refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Service Issues

We reserve the right to offer pro-rata or full refunds at our sole discretion in cases where the Service has experienced significant or prolonged outages or failures that substantially prevented you from using it during a paid billing period. Any such refund offer will be made on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute a general obligation to refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your business name and registered email address
  • The amount and date of the charge in question
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
